Thank you! This has truly been a great reset.  Not just for my body, but my mind.  I feel better overall, in almost every area that I wanted to. But my biggest change came in my attitude and education about what I am choosing to put into my body.  Choosing healthy and organic foods, choosing to take the time to cook healthy meals every day, and choosing to pass on the mindless sugar, dairy and gluten that I ate.  Thank you for helping me refocus on doing things the right way again!
